There are 2 almost identical issues reported that we’ve found regarding this problem, none of the things found in there gave any results.

This has been recuring, we’ve tried disabling and enabling all plugins but cannot find the culprit.. Optimised and repaired and analysed DB, no change neither. Everything is up to date.

There seem to be some info being cached somewhere, but we don’t use any caching or optimisation plugin.. We had WP Rocket, we deactivated every options, cleared the cache and deactivated the plugin, not difference.

To recreate problem : Add any item in cart, go to cart, checkout, info of another user should be populated there.

Sometime a logged user cannot see his own info and the info from the last user in shipping and credit card info. Shipping info cannot be changer, it’s greyed out. Addig another credit card isn’t possible, the fields are absent.

The only culprit I could think of at this point is the Machic Child Theme. We didn’t try to reverse to a base theme to test it, as the problem is that the error isn’t always happening, server restart usually fix the issue for some time, but we have to get to the bottom of this..

    Any help is welcome!

    Thanks!

    Hey @forestqc69 ,

I’ve tried to take a closer look at the site but it looks like there are restrictions set:

This is typical caching behavior. Can you reach out to your host and ask them to make sure that the Cart and Checkout pages are excluded from being cached?

Once you’ve done that, clear all browser, site, and server caching mechanisms and monitor your site to see if that resolves the issue.

If that makes no difference, I understand that the issue is intermittent, however since you’ve mentioned it may be a theme-related issue, it may be helpful to create a staging environment where you can set a default theme, like Storefront, and see if you manage to reproduce it at all. You can easily create this using the free?WP Staging?plugin.

If switching themes fixes the issue, it means the issue lies with your current theme. In that case, I’d suggest reaching out to the theme developers for more help with this.

Let us know how this goes!
