Order validation button does not work

Hello, hope you will be be able to help.
My shop has had an issue for 2 weeks now, clients cannot validate their orders. The whole process goes well until they press the last “order” button, which changes the order into a draft mode but does not validate the order and moves to the top of the check our page.
I tried desabling each and every extension/plugin one by one, than all together, the problem remains.

I am now checking each of the extensions that were updated on Sep 14 -orders seemed to stop working after that date-… So far no result.
Any help ??
