    The last time i gave Royal elementor support?person access to my wordpress , he made such mistakes, that my host manager needed an hour to fix them, not only that but they never answer emails within 24 hours and i am EXPERT LEVEL.

    Royal Elementor ” support” was making changes into my WP and he did upload the free royal elementor files into the pro version folder, using WP File Manager Plug in. This causes?errors I am sorry but what kind of SUPPORT IS THIS???? He did not resolve the issue and make it worse.

    I need fast RESOLUTION, as this point the error is almost?2 weeks without anyone even trying to resolve it, now and i am not able to update my shop, it is not working and they are answering to my emails every 3 days….. i have?the?upgraded?version?and at least expect to have better support!!!!

    I NEED SOMEONE TO FIX THIS ASAP

    Is it good plug in? YES

    Do they have support if you have problems? NO, they sux at this and this is absolutely ridiculous

    I have contacted the support, mwanwhile a week or so my shop was not working correctly. Thank God, my hosting provider is there 24/7 and helped me out with the plug in. Yes, now i turned off the plug in auto updates. This is not the first problem with auto updates. Last time it did auto updated it broke the Expert version and most of the plug ins were gone. I have a backup on my woocommerce, so i did that and it fix it but i lost all new updates i did the last 24 hours.

    So you have problem with updating the plug in when new woocommerce, elementor or wordpress version is released? From the support told me to turn off the auto updates

    NOW, the problem is ( in my opinion) that the plug in is not optimized to work with a lot of products and products categories, tags, pages. I have about 6000 products and 20 categories and 4000 products tags, 200 product pages. Woocommerce has no problem working with them but when i use RE i need to make autoload on the website 750MB which is A LOT… in order the plugin to work. And it is working but slowly, which is making my website slow! And this is not the idea, right?

    I need a resolution what to do if the plug in can not handle big shops? i have lifestime expert. Other than that issues the plug in is great but some technical…..

    Also another problem, . I’ve created a header with Mega Menu from Royal Elementor Addons with shop categories. When an element from the mega menu is clicked, it opens in a new browser tab. Is it possible to have a category open in the same browser tab?

    Hi again, Plugin only has problems with auto updates only with pro version and we will fix it soon, you can set wordpress and other auto updates without any issues, regarding many products issue this is the woocomerce related issue – many products will always decreas woo perfomanc, all you can do here is to increase php memory limit via hosting and increase php variblaes as well.

    We increased the memory, i have very good wordpress optimized hosting and we increase the php memory to 256 MB, there were not issues at all, only Royal elementor plugin got issues. Then we increase to 568 MB and still got issues and could not load the Theme builder, i spoke with someone named Kiril over emails and he asked for another increase, so we increase to nearly 800MB and now it is running.

    Meanwhile all other plugins are fine and everything is fine working with way less pho memory, i got issues only with RE. I am not sure why this is so hard to believe. I use RE for another 5 websites and have no issues there but most of them are with 20-50 products and not problems.

    Only this website is a problem since it is a lot of data for RE i guess
