I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inform you that after installing and activating Jetpack Boost on my website, I encountered a significant issue where the screen goes dark, rendering the site unusable. Due to this problem, I have had to disable the plugin. This has caused disruption to my business, and I am disappointed with the experience.
I would appreciate it if you could provide a solution to this issue as soon as possible. However, if a resolution cannot be reached promptly, I kindly request a full refund for the purchase of Jetpack Boost.
