Allow Editor user role to approve user registrations

Hi — I’d like to grant users with the Editor user role the capabilities to view user registrations that are pending activation, and to approve them. If there isn’t a setting in UM somewhere that I’m missing that enables this, I’d love suggestions for something I can load in functions.php rather than using another plugin like User Role Editor.
