Templatic Themes – Disbaled my account after purchasing.

  • well if this is the only way to get their attention…

    I’ve purchased a theme 3 days ago and my account was immediately disabled just after I paid for it. I’ve sent a ticket but no reply at all. This is the first time I’ve to wait so long for support. I have not even download the theme yet. Any idea if they are still around?

  • Yes I too am having problems.. I was lucky I did dl the themes I purchased..
    But I can not access my membership area or any area..I get a bad gateway..I cant get basic support..its been days now..Im sorry I paid in.. Too bad too because I would have made many more purchases.. but thats not the point.. All I want to do is use what I have..

    I think you’ll find that they are having server issues at the moment. A number of theme sites seem to be under a targeted attack atm, give it another few days and try again.

    Yes they are under a DOS attack like woo themes so this issue is moot for me for now..
