Error sending emssage

I have an issue with a contact form, it stopped working a while ago, it gives the error: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
I have setup wp mail SMTP, the mailserver works, the address works, I have updated all plugins and WP-core. but still it wont work. How can I explore the problem?

Desde hace algo más de un mes no permite enviar mensajes, aparece el error “Uno o mas campos tienen un error. Por favor inténtelo de nuevo”
He revisado el código del formulario, y está todo bien. He a?adido un nuevo formulario, y me sale el mismo error.
