No email notification for new comments

  • We just started using wordpress here at work. Everything works great except for comment notification. I’ve checked the boxes to receive emails every time we get a new comment, but I can’t seem to get comment email notification working. I’ve read all the other posts on this issue, but nothing seems to fix it.

    Is there something I’m supposed to do in order to get comment email notification started, or is it just supposed to work? Any help is greatly appreciated.
