    Hi,

    we have found another error, this time regarding the Stripe checkout abandon on subscription with one time payment, no recurrence, set to exprire after 3 months from payment. From Stripe checkout page, navigate Back, and PMPro register the transaction as paid and send confirmation email to user.

    Previously, on a monthly based subcription with 1 month free trial (I have previously opened a ticked for that), with recurring payment, navigating Back from Stripe checkout the PMPo corectly registered the transaction as Token.

    please help to fix this.

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

    I’ve run a test checkout with the following steps however I cannot replicate the behavior you are experiencing.

    1. Create a level with an initial amount of $99 and an expiration date set to 3 months
    2. Stripe is set as the gateway and I’m using Stripe Checkout (off-site payments)
    3. I selected the level and checked out, and was redirected to the Stripe checkout page
    4. I clicked the back button in my browser
    5. Navigated to the Memberships > Orders tab and my order was still marked as token.

    If there are any other steps I can try follow to replicate this please let me know. However if these are the same steps followed on your own site, I would recommend reaching out to a developer in your area for assistance, or posting a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net so that someone can look into this for you.

    Hi,

    thank you for answering to our ticket. The problem is not reaching out a developer to fix the issues. This issues mut be solved by PMPro team and packed as an update. Otherwise, the PMPro will keep having this issue in its core.

    Steps are correct, but issues changed this morning. I couldn;t replicate the initial error, but now from PMPro checkout page am I not redicercted to Stripe checkout, but I am subscribed automatically and I receive the order confirmation screen. Stripe do not record any transaction. I recorded the screen and I would like to share the video with you, if you could provide me a private email or a PMPro ticketing page .
