    We have switched this option off on wordfence dashboard. Ourselves admin and our customers keep receiving this email

    ” Please verify a login attempt for your account : The request was flagged as suspicious and we need verification that you attempted to log in to allow it to proceed. This verification email will be valid for 15 minutes from the time it was sent. I f you did not attempt this login please change your password immediately.

    We have switched off the option on word fence however it seems to override it. There are no security issues from our customer wholesale logins.

    Any advice much appreciated. We run premium Wordfence not on a care plan.

    Hi @newuser2404,

    Verification emails are sent to verify a failed reCAPTCHA score, which we are never given the reason for by Google. reCAPTCHA v3?only?provides a score and nothing else, it doesn’t fall back to picking bicycles/traffic lights/etc., so our method is to send a verification email.

    As a Wordfence Premium customer, you can request the assistance you need through your account with a support ticket at?https://support.wordfence.com. Unfortunately I can’t discuss Premium or request account details here on www.remarpro.com as per their guidelines.

    If you can’t gain access to your account and that’s why you’ve posted here, please contact?lockout @ wordfence . com?along with relevant information like your site and the email address that owns the license.
