I’m embedding a few outdooractive.com maps through an iframe and I’m using the HTML widget in Elementor to do that. I added the URL to the script center in Complianz and it gets blocked successfully.

But it doesn’t show a placeholder. Once I disable the script in the script center everything is being displayed.

The cookie banner seems to be working and is showing correctly. The setup is completely finished.

I’m running Elementor with the default Hello Elementor theme. No caching plugin.

I can get the placeholder working if I add the widget class to the script in the script center but that just results in the placeholder working but after accepting cookies nothing is there again.

    Any idea why that happens?

Even when disabling all plugins besides Elementor, Elementor Pro and Complianz the issue is still there. Does anyone have an idea why?

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

Could you please go to our plugin section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and disable from there Elementor? Then if you have also “Ultimate Addons…” please disable it too.

Thanks a lot for your message! @leonardotamion

I disabled Elementor under untegrations. I couldn’t disable Elementor Pro. I have The Plus Addons and Unlimited Elements on my site which I both completely disabled as a plugin before testing. They were not part of that list.

But it came down to the same thing. Sadly, it still didn’t show the placeholder at all.

    Hello,

in order to analyze the situation better please open a ticket from our official support center in our website, unfortunately we can’t ask for website specific details (like website credentials etc…) in the forum.
