We downloaded this plugin over a year ago, assuming it was associated with Constant Contact. It has stopped working and is now no longer synched with the CC account. We went to Constant Contact support and they claimed not having anything to do with this plug in and want us to rip it out and recode all the forms. I am very disappointed at the moment. I am looking for a quick update or something to resolve this issue. We have 3 forms on the site and all 3 are no longer adding information to our Constant Contact account. How can we update without loosing our forms.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @iknowadmin

I can assure you that this plugin is still the official and supported WordPress plugin for Constant Contact Forms. It’s possible that the person you were put in contact with through the on-site support portal was not aware of its existence.

It looks like it’s failing to find an associated list to provide for the form at the moment.

Have you made any changes or updates to the plugin in the last little bit? Wanting to see if we can pinpoint anything in that regard. I know with version 2.0.0 we had a major upgrade with the API version used behind the scenes, and that also affected the authentication flow.

However, if you were already on that version, when the current issues started cropping up, then that’s probably not the biggest thing going on.

Another question, when you visit the Lists submenu item, are you seeing any lists provided there, or is it an empty space regarding showing any available lists?

We have not made any updates to the plugin or the site forms recently. We just noticed it was not adding names in a recent test. Our plugin version is 2.6.1

I have tried to resynch the lists, but none are showing.

If I disconnect and then go through all the steps to reconnect again, will we loose our current forms and have to replace them all and re-style again?

No you won’t, all of the form settings and whatnot are stored as part of your data and content within WordPress, and is not tied to the connection that was originally established when connecting your account.

The only part you’d probably want to double check on would be going to the form(s) in question to edit, and then just confirm that the chosen list to add to is the intended list, and click save. This is just in case list IDs need updated in some way between available lists and the created forms.
