    I think another plugin (maybe W3TC) might be conflicting.

    Can you try deactivating everything except the stats plugin?

    If the pages load properly, try reactivating each plugin individually until you find the cause.

    I think it is a conflict with W3TC afterall. I’ve disabled/deactivated only this plugin and I got the menu in WordPress displayed, but not the list of posts & pages.

    I suppose I’ll write them and see what we can do.
