    Hi @jaspash ,

This is how our plugin is supposed to work, it’s not a bug or error. I can confirm this.

    For your information:

When creating a smart bundles, users are, in fact, creating a “virtual” product that holds other subproducts inside with configured total price and discounts. The stock of chosen subproducts will be configured based on the individual products you have added to the bundle.

So when buyers add a bundle to the cart, all the subproducts will be added alongside. This is to make sure the stocks of these subproducts will be reduced properly.

You can check it on our live demo here to learn more about that: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosb/.

Even though users can configure to hide the subproducts from the cart and checkout as well as order details, these subproducts are still processed as purchased under the main bundle.

Smart bundle is not a normal product type, it’s a special product type that can hold standard product types inside (namely simple, variable, subscription products, etc.). However, in order for the bundle to be valid, it needs to contain in stock and purchasable actual subproducts from your store.

You can learn more about how our plugin works here: https://doc.wpclever.net/woosb/

    Best regards.

    Hi Janilyn,

Thanks for your answer but in my site the cart duplicate the price. I mean that the Bundle and the subproducts prices are both added to the cart. Take a look, the price in the bundle is 22,34€ but final price in Cart is wrong 44,70€: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Af4uUjPO2R9-70R3RgHASXFh4CwdIadg/view?usp=sharing

Here the Bundle link, you can try it: https://xocomon.com/es/producto/oferta-pack-chocolate-negro-6-tabletas-10-descuento/

    Hi @jaspash ,

Are you using any external plugin for dynamic pricing or discount rules on your site? These kind of plugins might interfere with the prices on cart and checkout pages of smart bundles. Since our bundles already include internal pricing and discount, these external pricing and discount plugin might interfere and cause the incorrect total prices on the cart.

If the prices on the bundle page is correct and only incorrect once the bundle is added to the cart, then it’s an external pricing conflict.

You can check by disabling other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our WPC plugins then check the total on cart. Afterwards, reactivate other plugins one by one to find the source of the conflict.

You can check our live demo to see that once the bundle is added to the cart, the total is correct because we only install a pure version of only WooCommerce, WPC plugins and WPCstore theme.

    Best regards.
