Hello, our “My Account” page has links on it, but clicking those links just refreshes the page. They don’t lead anywhere.

If we manually type in /my-account/orders in our browser bar we can see a content change, but it is not accurate. It says no order has been made yet, but the account had a cancelled order on it.

We can manually visit /my-account/edit-account and can see a form where a user can enter account info.

Cloudflare has been set to bypass a URI that contains:

    • /checkout/
    • /cart/
    • /my-account/

    Cloudflare Rocket Loader is off

We have attempted to re-save permalinks. Result is the same.

We confirm that “My Account” page is selected under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced

We confirm that Checkout endpoints and Account endpoints are all filled in under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced

We tested logging in with an account in Chrome incognito mode. This account had a cancelled order (user should still be able to see that their order is cancelled, right?). Results are the same. The user has the user role of “Customer.”

Can someone explain why this happens?

All themes, plugins and WordPress core are up to date.

We’re hoping to send system status privately, if possible. Hoping to check if this is a known issue with a known solution before going to that step.

    Hi there,

At the moment, it’s not possible to send private messages on the WordPress support forum but let’s see if troubleshooting without that is possible.

As a first step, I’m wondering whether you’re using any page builders of themes that override the default templates/endpoints used by WooCommerce. To check whether that’s the case, are you seeing the same issue after temporarily switching to a different theme? You could try a “live-preview” initially instead of changing the theme outright.

I did a theme switch to Twenty Twenty Four and disabled plugins and re-enabled one by one.

Lo and behold, it was an issue with WPML Multilingual CMS.

I googled and found this thread https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-my-account-endpoint-tabs-not-working/

I guess a site with WPML using WooCommerce requires WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency in order to work, even if no translations are being done or desired with WooCommerce.

Bizarre to me, but so far, installing WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency seems to be a solution.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply and willingness to help. It is much appreciated.
