    I’m using Version 8.7.0 and today I received a payment using the payment method Link and 30 minutes after the client paid the order its still stating that is pending payment on woocommerce.
    On the Stripe website the payment was made and I received both emails of order made and payment made.

    Is this a bug of the new version?

    As you can see the first row that appears states that the Stripe charge was complete and second supposedly changed from Pending payment to Complete, but the order itself remained in the Pending payment state.

    I understand your concern about the order status not updating in WooCommerce even though the payment was successful on Stripe.

    Looking at the shared order notes, this seems quite unusual that the order status remains as pending. Did you already have a chance to replicate the issue from your end by placing a test order? If not, I strongly recommend making a test order to check if you are able to replicate this.

    In the meantime, please ensure the following:

    1. Ensure your WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin is up to date. If not, please update it.
    2. Check your webhook settings in Stripe to ensure they’re configured correctly. You can find more details from this guide.
    3. Check for any error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Select the log that starts with ‘stripe’ and see if there are any errors reported.

    1. As I have stated I have version 8.7.0 of the plugin, so its updated
    2. I have reconnected the plugin with the new mode. Also reconfigured the webhook settings for both live and test accounts
    3. No ‘stripe’ error log appeared when the costumer placed the order

    I have made test orders using credit card and with the same product and everything worked as supposed, the order reached the complete status.

    But I’m not sure on to place a test order using the Link method, not sure how Link works.

    Please do not share information like Charge ID and PaymentIntent on this public forum.
    I suggest you edit your initial message and remove this information.

    Could you share your website’s URL?
    I want to view the checkout page and have a look at it.

    To confirm is this problem happening with only the latest 8.7.0 version?
    You have not faced this issue before. Correct?

    Follow these steps to connect to your Stripe account’s test mode.
