• Hi,

First of all, I’d like to say that the effects offered by the Nice Page Transition plugin are visually stunning and quite interesting. However, I’ve encountered a significant issue when running Google PageSpeed tests. Depending on the transition selected, the plugin greatly affects the test results, to the point where PageSpeed cannot even complete the analysis. This is unfortunately a deal-breaker for my project, as maintaining strong performance metrics is crucial.

I do have a few suggestions that could improve both the performance and functionality of the plugin:

    Feature Suggestions

    1. Performance Optimization: The most critical improvement would be optimizing the plugin to ensure that it doesn’t interfere with Google PageSpeed tests, regardless of the transition selected.
    2. Home Page Disable Option: It would be helpful to have an option to disable the transition effect on the homepage or on specific pages where transitions might not be necessary.
    3. Page-Specific Transition Choices: Adding the ability to choose different transitions on a per-page basis would offer greater flexibility for users with diverse page types and needs.
    4. Loading Indicator: For heavier transitions or content, a small loading animation could be useful to show that the transition is in progress and prevent users from thinking the page is frozen.
    5. Adjustable Transition Duration: Offering more control over the length of the transition effect would allow site owners to balance aesthetics with performance needs.

Thank you for your work on this plugin! I hope these suggestions are helpful in making it even better.

    Best regards,
    Lily
