    Hi Maxwell!

    Here another suggestions in case is possible.

    The site where i am testing your plugin is in German but it’s also multilanguage. I use translatepress plugin.

    So I can translate the message “Hello! What can i do for you? easily because you have an option to customize this message.

    Is it possible to be able to customize this messages:

    How can I assist?

    By chatting, you agree to our?privacy policy.

    Hi @samuelmayor,

    Yes, this should be possible. I can update those messages to be customized like the other ones you’ve mentioned. That way you can easily change it to whatever language you would like. I’ll let you know once it’s updated. It might be a day or two!

    Hi again @samuelmayor!

    Thanks for the suggestions. Before making this a widely available plugin I had clients ask for the same updates to the input copy “How can I assist”.

    Update 1.0.11 should be live now and contains both of your suggestions. You should be able to now easily change the copy within the input field and adjust all of the text in the privacy policy field with hyperlinking capability.
