    Hello,

    thanks fro your message.

Are you embedding Calendly through an Iframe? If yes, please follow this guide, I think it could be useful.

    Hi,

Yes, I use an iFrame but the placeholder is already visible.

I just want to change the background of the placeholder and I don’t understand how to do it even with the link you gave me.

    Hello,

It seems that the old guides no longer adapt to the new versions, and we will update them. Regarding the Calendly placeholder image, you can change it by directly replacing the file in your WordPress installation. You’ll need to replace the “calendly-minimal.jpg” image located at this directory: https://weddingplannerperigord.fr/wp-content/plugins/complianz-gdpr/assets/images/placeholders/calendly-minimal.jpg with a .jpg file under 100kb (the smaller, the better), and rename it “calendly-minimal.jpg”. You can do this using an FTP client or a file manager plugin.

As for the text, the process is much simpler. Navigate to Complianz > Tools > Placeholders, and you’ll find the general text applied to each placeholder. You can modify it as needed. Here’s a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ha-rVO17iX5M.

    Hi,

The image that I have replaced by FTP was remoded after an update of the plugin.
Do you have an other solution ?

    Thanks

    Hello @elo8617 ,

Currently, we have no other solution. We’ll look forward to modifying this behavior though. For now, you will need to replace the image again.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and I hope you understand.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your answer.

Is there an other way ? Like with CSS ?

I have already tested calls and it does not work, maybe because it’s not the right class that is called?

The site is for my client, so it’s impossible to tell him to the change the file in FTP after an update.

In any case, thank you very much for the great support !

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have another workaround ready to use, like my colleague previously said.

You can try to apply a CSS but you should refer to a dev to do this kind of customization since we can’t provide it, I’m sorry.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer.

I’ve used this https://complianz.io/changing-the-default-social-placeholders/ and it’s works perfectly even after an update ??
