some text on reviews goes down the left hand side

    I seam to have an issue with some text on reviews that go down the left-hand side in the vertical side. I have attached a picture to show what it looks like. I have tried disabling the add-on and running troubleshooting steps, but with no luck. I have also tried incognito mode as well as viewing on mobile, which also has the same issue.

    Any thoughts on this minor bug, please?

    It looks like your website is blocking avatar images from gravatar.com from loading.

    Try going to the Site Reviews > Settings page and enable the “Fallback Avatar > Initials” and “Regenerate Avatars” settings.

    This won’t fix the gravatar problem, but at least it should display a fallback image for the avatars.

    Hi there,

    Many thanks for your help, but unfortunately, this has not resolved the problem.

    I have looked at console tab and seams it may be related to not being able to get avatars, but i do not have an avatar-privacy plugin installed.

    Hi there,

    Many thanks for your help. it seems to be partly down to caching in litespeed. For anyone else follow the suggestions of avatar fallback on site reviews, then click litespeed icon click the icon at the top then purge all.
