My maps no longer working

Hi Rana, thanks for the note. I think this is because you have Popup on Load set to open, and you found a bug with this feature (I think maybe when there is more than one feature that has Popup on Load set to open). If you try turning off Popup on Load on your features, does it work again? I’ll be sure to get on this fix ASAP and let you know when I have a beta that you can test with the fix. It shouldn’t be more than a day to get that sorted.

Yeah okay… I remember playing with this a couple of times, and if I’m correct this is enabled or disabled in the actual feature, not globally, correct? I have several maps on this particular site, and none of them are loading at the moment. One of them has a ton of features, so I may have to go through all of them looking to see where “Popup on Load” may be set to open. I don’t suppose this is something you can see on your end correct? I mean which features this has been enabled on.

You could use the Mass Editing feature to turn them all off (which exists in Pro)… otherwise it’ll be painful, or just wait for me to fix that in the code and send you that beta to fix the problem once and for all ??

Okay thanks… I’ll see what kind of time I have. Even if it’s just to verify that it is the bug you think it is. If you could let me know when you have a fit that would be helpful. Thanks for your time and effort.

Hello Rana, I found the issue (I believe). It’s not what I thought, it’s an error related to a new feature in my latest version. I can send you the beta — can you email me at [email protected]? I can get you to test it whenever you are ready.

Hi there, just letting you know again any time you want to test the beta fix let me know. I’ll be releasing it in the next day after doing some more testing (since the next version also has a number of new features).

Issue was resolved with user, will be releasing fix tomorrow!
