Thank you for the quick reply! I tried to check the errors but the file link says it’s been deleted already. Could you double check this, please? If that platform has the links set to expire, could you set them to expire longer, or maybe try another platform? You can send the error logs using a service like https://gist.github.com/, too!

Checking your System Status Report I saw that your WooCommerce database is not up to date with your WooCommerce version, can you please check the database update notice and take care of it as a first step, please?

Can you please share more details regarding the issue at hand? For instance:

• Do the prices change on your Google Merchant Center, WooCommerce, or both? If so, could you share a screenshot to learn more?
• Does this happen for specific products, or all? Or maybe a subset of products, like variant products, or certain categories, etc, anything in common you can think of.
• When this issue happens, how do you fix it? Do you manually update the prices to the regular value? Or do you perform a sync (if the issue lies only on the GMC side)?

Interesting. So it may happen for some products at some point, and other products later. Meaning there could be an action causing this price change to happen. Let’s try to determine that action instead. Maybe they get their prices changed after customers purchase those items?

This is absolutely an inconvenience, and we’ll do our best to help you find the cause. Something seems to be interfering with your site, maybe a third-party plugin or code. We’ll need to determine what’s causing the price change first to fix it.

Thanks I was able to download it now. The error doesn’t seem to be associated with pricing, this one seems to be related with reports. Let’s put a pin on this one for now!

In the meantime, in order to find the root cause of the price change on your site, without being able to replicate it, another option to consider is how often the issue happens, can you tell us how often does this issue happen? Is it daily? Hourly? Weekly? What’s the average? If it happens quite often, it’d be good to set up a staging environment where you can run a conflict test without disrupting operations on your live site.

It happens like once in a week.

To update my products I only use WordPress / Woocommerce.

However, I noticed, that price gets reverted / changed once I use the Sync Option
