if someone closes the banner with X, what does the consent default too?

    Quick easy question:

    If someone closes the cookie consent banner with the X in the corner, does it register that they accepted or refused cookies and can that be set somewhere?

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

    I confirm if you click the “x” button the tracking cookies won’t be release since it’s considered a reject button and the not-consent will be saved inside our consent database you can activate from the section “Wizard” -> “General” -> “Do you want to enable Records of Consent?”.

    You’ll see al the records from the section “Tools” -> “Records of Consent”
