Please check in to your cPanel, and under the Security section, find SSL/TLS. Verify if an SSL certificate is installed for your domain.

The message has nothing to do with WordPress but with your hosting. The browser reports that your domain is missing a valid SSL certificate. You must first set this up for the domain in the hosting (probably cpanel). If you have any questions about this, please contact your host’s support team.

    Hi all,

    Thanks for your advice.

I have contacted the techical support of HostGator. The guide replied my question unable to solve my problem. I have requested him adding Twenty Eleven Theme on the website. He couldn’t do it blaming me installing the website, travelers.tours-video.com, on /public_html/travelers.tours-video.com. I told me that I have other websites also on the folder /public_html/websites/. They don’t have this problem.

I have installed >40 websites on HostGator server, share hosting. They are now running on Internet without problem, some of them more than 20 years.

Leaving behind the only attempt, which I can try, is to install WordPress myself, including the database. I never encountered such a problem before. This is NOT my first time install WordPress either on Host’s server or on my own server.

I already have deleted the domain, travelers.tours-video.com. But it is very strange. On browser running https://travelers.tours-video.com It displays “Your connection is not private ……”

As described above, you must set up an SSL certificate for the domain in your hosting area. WordPress can’t help you with this, and installing a theme won’t help either. You have to clarify this in the hosting area. If the host’s support can’t help you, you are free to set up your website elsewhere. You can only install and run WordPress on the domain as soon as it is accessible without any problems.

    Hi@threadi

No. Following link gives me some hint

How to Fix WordPress “Installation Already Exists” Issue
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_afKOwK_1T4

There is an old version of WordPress installed. Even deleting the domain, travelers.tours-video.com it is still there. I have to remove the old version WordPress manually. It is rather difficult.

Now I have WordPress installed for travelers.tours-video.com. You can browse it on Internet.

There is still a long way for me to go.

    Regards
