I would like to know if there is a way for clicking on the navigation buttons between the shop pages (for example to go to the second or third page of the shop etc.) the page refreshes not starting from the top of the shop page, but positioning you directly at the beginning of the “product archive” block.

In fact, I find it inconvenient that wanting to go to the second page of the shop I have to scroll down while still seeing the page title, the header, etc.

This is the link to view my shop, as it is still in coming soon mode: https://erbacealab.it/shop/?woo-share=Y2DF3nvwQByOOoSF0pFFbB1H75Y70rXY

    Thanks,

  • Hey there, @erbacealab! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

I would like to know if there is a way for clicking on the navigation buttons between the shop pages (for example to go to the second or third page of the shop etc.) the page refreshes not starting from the top of the shop page, but positioning you directly at the beginning of the “product archive” block.

Do you mind sharing more details about this?

I checked the link you shared and when I clicked to go to the next page it loaded at the top of the page.

Can you please share a video of what it looks like on your end? You can use https://loom.com to record it.

Can you please also clarify what you mean by “product archive” block?

In fact, I find it inconvenient that wanting to go to the second page of the shop I have to scroll down while still seeing the page title, the header, etc.

While checking the link you shared I did not see the sticky header.

Having said that, sticky header is not related to WooCommerce. This is something related most likely to your theme.
This is also something that can sometimes be changed on the templates, if you theme has them, and with custom code.

So, if you are seeing a sticky header and want to remove it, please reach out to your theme’s support so they can assist you further ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

thanks, but that’s not what I meant.

I would like that by clicking on the navigation link to the second, third page etc. the shop page would reload positioning itself directly above the products, and not at the beginning of the page where it is in the menu.

I attach screenshots hoping to be able to make myself understood.

    Hey, @erbacealab!

    Thanks for the clarification.

Loading at the top of the page is the default, so to choose exactly where the page will be when it loads after going to page 2/3/etc requires custom code.

While we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.

You can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there too.

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!
