Review emails not sending

    Hi,

    I’ve downloaded the plugin and also set up SMTP as suggested by someone else. However, I can’t send any reminders. When I click the send email button, it says sending, but doesn’t send. When I mark an order as complete, I go to the reminders tab and click send review email now, but it logs an error. I’m unsure what has gone wrong.

    I’ve further noticed that it is only a problem when I choose the Indepedently verified option. When I select no verification, reminders seem to be sending out fine.

    Could you please follow these steps?

    1. Go to “Reviews > Settings > Emails > Review Reminder”
    2. Send a test email to yourself using the “Send Test” button
    3. Share a full screenshot of the error

    Hi thanks for your reply.

    I just did what you’ve suggested and the test goes through seamlessly. However, when I try and manually send a reminder to the customer, it keeps saying “sending” without actually being sent.
