Don’t Buy It

  • Worst mistake I ever made. Uninstalling is impossible, can’t get it out of the application. There’s no documentation and their Support in this respect doesn’t exist.

    I would like to clarify some points about your bad review.
    You said the uninstallation is impossible and there is no documentation. Our documentation is located at https://polylang.pro/doc/how-to-uninstall-polylang/ and this link has been sent to you last 11th of September along with additional information from me.
    About our support, you contacted us 3 times in the last year in our Premium helpdesk. You had each time an appropriate answer within less than 2 hours or at the beginning of our opening hours. I personally answered you.
    I understand you’re not satisfied with Polylang and hope you’ve found the solution to make your website multilingual that suits your needs.
