The plugin is not rendering the data from the form and displays the tags

  • Hi, I’ve been using your plugin since many years ago in a website and always been working fine. But recently and out of nowhere, the generated PDFs are not displaying the data registered by the users and instead displays the original tags (Ex: [your-name]). Only the information from radio buttons are registered, but text fields are not being displayed. I am using the last version of thew plugin (1.0.2.6), WordPress 6.6.1 and Contact form 7 5.9.8.

    Can you help me to figure out what is preventing to display the data in the PDF? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, I managed to solve the issue (at least in part) by unchecking the “Disable display empty data in the checkbox or radio buttons?” option. The PDF is rendering the data but it is displayed in a box, like the text input field or the textarea field, not as plain text. I saw in other comments people mentioning this issue. Can you take a look at that?

    I had to revert to version 1.0.2.4 to make the PDF display the data as plain text, without the boxes, which cuts the information if the ammount of text is large. I hope you can solve this issue in the next release.

    Bug is fixed.

    Be carefull, it is the 1.0.2.8 version with new options:

    • Adding option for multi PDF
    • Adding conditional possibility
