    Hi,
I am currently using the Timeline Widget for Elementor plugin on my WordPress site. Everything was working perfectly, but now I’ve encountered a few issues that I’m hoping to get some help with.

    1. Slides not showing as expected: I have set the widget to display 3 slides at a time, but only 1 slide is showing on the live site. Inside Elementor’s editor, it displays and functions correctly, showing 3 slides as intended.
    2. Autoplay not working: The autoplay feature also seems to be malfunctioning. It works perfectly fine within the Elementor editor, but when I view the site live, autoplay doesn’t activate at all.

Additionally, there are no errors appearing in the browser’s console that could help identify the problem.

I have tried clearing the cache and disabling other plugins to rule out conflicts, but the issue persists.

Here’s the link to the page in question: https://macmoto.com.uy/quienes-somos/

Could anyone assist in identifying the cause of this issue or offer a potential fix?

    Thank you!

    Hi @hartoy,

    Thank you for reaching out!

We’ve tested the Timeline Widget with the latest version of Elementor, and everything is functioning correctly. To troubleshoot, please create a new page and add only the Timeline (Story) Widget. After that, try deactivating and reactivating your other plugins one at a time to check for any conflicts. If the issue still persists, feel free to inform us, and we’ll investigate further.

    Thank You!

    Hi @aniketji

After following the recommended steps, I discovered that the issue is caused by the “Joinchat” plugin, which adds the WhatsApp icon to the bottom right of the screen. It’s great to have the timeline working again, but I still need to use Joinchat on my site as well.

What would you recommend to have both the timeline and Joinchat functioning properly together?

    Thank you!

To help us investigate the issue further, could you please provide more details about your current Joinchat plugin setup? This includes any specific settings, customizations, or configurations you’ve applied. Once we have this information, we can replicate your setup on our end and offer more precise guidance.
Feel free to share these details, and we’ll assist you promptly in resolving the issue.
