Clicking on thumbnail doesn’t open lightbox

  • I have a gallery group inserted into this page. Whenever I click on the thumbnail to open the gallery itself, it opens in another page with a Mosaic arrangement. I want to have the gallery open in a lightbox. I have the option in “Global Settings->Gallery” set to “Open Lightbox” on the “Image click action” option.

    Am I missing a setting or am I doing something incorrectly?

    Hi @diaz1510 ,

    Please note that the settings you have set is for opening the light box when you click on the image within the gallery.
    On the page it seems like you have a gallery group which then opens the gallery in which you have the images.
    We tested the images after click action, and as of now it is opening the light box as expected
