    Connecting to wordPress works fine but clicking on Connect (to Google merch) I get guided through the setup and when returning to the Set up your accounts Page, it still says: Connect.

    No errors – it just doesn’t connect and the setup is stuck there.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    To confirm, are you able to complete all the steps of the configuration without any issues?

    One common problem is that the “Continue” button on the final step of the onboarding screen is greyed out when one of the pre-launch items has not been completed.

    It would be helpful if you could record your screen while setting up Google for WooCommerce.
    You may use Loom or Awesomescreenshot to record and share the link with me.

    Lastly, navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.
    Then check for any error related to Google for WooCommerce.
    If you find anything, please share it with me.

    For some reason that steps is ok today even it wasnt yesterday. The next problem is that claiming Google Ads Account doesnt work because I have one in advance but in another Google account. Connecting o a different account doesnt work.

    I am trying to connect and it doesn’t work!

    And I am asking what is wrong!

    And you ask me to connect???

    I’ve tried 25 times by now and as you see in the video it doesn’t work!

    I understand you aren’t able to connect to your Google Ads account.

    ?Kindly?follow the instructions in the documentation section, directly linked here, and let us know how that goes.

    Side note: I suggest having all server-side caching cleared and disabled while reconnecting the accounts -along with temporarily disabling all plugins related with caching, security & migration functionality.

    Could you please clarify why are you skipping the onboarding process and choosing a different Google account? It looks like the problem is caused by choosing a different Google account for Google Ads.

    It doesnt work no matter which account I select. The account in your image is my Google Ads account so I thought it might be wise to chose that.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Could you please record another video and proceed with the default Google account (One with an orange D icon) and show me what happens? You may need to fill out the form with some sensitive information, you can blur or cut that part of the video.

    You can try to resolve the issue by completely disconnecting the current connection and setting it up afresh. Here’s how:

    That should fix the connection and sync issue. If the issue persists, please check for any errors on your WooCommerce > Status > Logs and let us know!

    It is ONLY a connection between the site, Google Ads and Merchant Center. How can this take a week and it is still not working?
