    Was using the decorator plugin on a website without any issue. Migrated to a new server and after that the dynamic preview is not loading properly.

    1. Deactivated/Reactivated the plugin
    2. Deleted/Reinstalled the plugin
    3. Deleted plugin, Deleted database entries, reinstalled plugin
    4. Deactivated all plugins, checked with default Twenty Four theme

    But still the preview does not load. What could be the issue.

    Support helped to resolve the issue, had an issue with the PHP options and settings due to which HTML version was not loading.
