I attempted to replicate the issue with the “WooCommerce Load More Products” plugin and checked the out-of-stock products after the first page. It appears to be working as expected on my end. I was able to see the out-of-stock variation on the second page without any problems.

Yes i can see that in your recording it works. Can you try with a product with only one attribute and not 2 attributes? Like mine which has only size. It looks like ajax is working after you press an attribute. I need it to work from the beggining.
