no parent category?

Hi there.

I am testing your plugin.
I started by creating categories but it seems I can’t set any parent category.
Contrary to what is set here, https://webilia.com/docs/listdom/taxonomies/categories/, no way to enter parent category.

Any idea? Thanks.
