Better Notifications & Ultimate Member

    I created a notification (using this plugin) that after a user registers successfully with Ultimate Member, a notification will be sent to the admin email with the user’s information. The received notification email contains the correct information for all the shortcodes, however, user first and last names are missing. I saw other threads saying that Ultimate Member may be writing the First and Last Name twice, but I have no idea how to work through this to solve it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Shortcodes used:
    User Firstname: [user_firstname]
    User Lastname: [user_lastname]

    Thanks for your message.

    Sometimes this happens when a plugin saves data twice – the first for the user registration and again to update the user with additional information, such as their name.

    Do these shortcodes work for you if you register a user using the default WP user registration form?
