    HELLO,

    I have been receiving spam emails through our contact form, before was not happening.

    I checked my dashboard in cleantalk.org and I do not see any approved contact request through that contact form, I can only see them in my email.

    Cleantalk was blocking all those email before I receive them in my inbox, now they go through.

    Hello.

    This is the Forminator?web form. There is the known issue with skips.

    1. Update the Forminator plugin.
    2. The “Validate” option in the web form email field settings in the Forminator should be enabled. When it is enabled, it will not allow any space in the email field or incorrectly formatted email addresses.
    3. Enable the “Log excluded requests” option in the CleanTalk plugin settings.
    4. Install the CleanTalk debug plugin: https://github.com/CleanTalk/cleantalk-debug/archive/refs/tags/2.1.zip. If you receive missed spam again, please click the button “Export skipped request” as it is shown on the attached request. Then send us the file in our ticket system: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.
