@tskamath probably some sort of JS error preventing the settings screen from loading correctly. On the blank page, please open your browser console (in Chrome, right click anywhere, click “Inspect”), then click on the “Console” tab. If you see an error (in red), please take a screenshot of it, or copy the error message here.

@qriouslad I have the same issue. Here the error text:

Erro na análise de XML: erro de sintaxe Localiza??o: moz-extension://bd249179-2216-49ed-8cbf-c8e0e1a7c4a7/content.css Linha número 1, Coluna 1:

@camorgado thanks for reporting. The JS error looks like it is related to a ‘moz-extension’. Are you on Firefox? Maybe try disabling all your browser extensions first and see if that fixes the issue. If so, turn the extension on again one by one, and see which extension is breaking ASE settings page.

As there hasn’t been any further reply, I’m marking this resolved for now. Feel free to reply with further info.

    Hello,

I have the same issue. I also get a menu on the left side (dutch language) and a blank screen on the right side. This occurs both in Firefox as in Edge. I have followed some of your instructions to see what went wrong and got this message; ; uncaught syntax error ; unexpected token and also uncaught type error: t is null . I’m not an expert in programming language so how can I solve this problem to have this plugin working? Thank you in advance

@anton2025 can you send a screenshot of the browser console showing the JS error? If you look at the file it originates from (to the right of the error line), and hover over the file name, what is the full URL of the JS file?

    I hope this will do.

@anton2025 thank you for the screenshot. It does provide more information, but not enough to detect the possible cause. On my test site, the ASE settings screen is loading just fine with Blocksy theme.

My guess is that this is caused by conflict with anothe rplugin. Can you go to Tools >> Site Health >> Info, and click on the copy button there and paste the information here?
