Pattern including title in header & formatted line below

I’d put a tagline connected to the title on a post page. The tagline should be H5 and italicized. Is there a simple way to group and form a pattern?

I did not try this myself, but you may find some good hints on this post .

• Edit the single post template to add a h5 italic tagline below the title. Tweak it’s code similar to what is done for a paragraph tag using the code editing option so that it shows the tagline meta you add.
