• It is so convenient to have this plugin available and sync to your CC lists. However, the plugin randomly deactivates and gives you no notification of when it is no longer syncing. Then you’ll be notified of a new subscriber to your email address, but that person will never make it over into CC. It’s very stressful to try to figure out who made it to the list and who didn’t and when it stopped syncing. This can’t be that hard of issue to solve! At minimum, sending an email that the list is no longer syncing so we can go in and disconnect and reconnect (that seems to be what works).

    Hi @wiha0webmaster

After some other recent feedback, we’re already looking into the idea of how to better handle situations where manual re-connection intervention is needed. So these ideas are definitely on our mind already, and actively getting looked into.

For what it’s worth, we do have functionality in place that’s meant to catch submissions when there’s connection issues occurring, and those should be getting sent once a fresh connection has been established. However, as we’ve seen feedback come in, there’s definitely more refinement that we can do.

@constantcontact Yes, I disconnected and reconnected my plugin last week and then I had new people on my distribution list that had submitted their email back in April! I finally put the two together and realized this is what must have happened – that they do sync, but just not until you reconnect. The problem was, I had no idea it wasn’t working! It was saying it was connected just fine, the lists showed up on my first page of the plugin. But when I went to the lists tab in the plugin, then it wasn’t loading – that’s when I decided to try to disconnect and reconnect and then that’s when all those old entries (over 100) synced. At minimum, we need a way to let us know it’s not syncing.

We definitely agree and want to make the experience as seamless and as aware as possible.

Awesome to hear that it regained those signups as well.

Thank you for the feedback and ideas/concerns. We’re looking into things.
