Hello @marie911 ,
Could you check if there are any leftovers of a complianz-gdpr-your_LANG.l10n.php inside /wp-content/languages/plugins folder?
Since a recent WordPress release (6.5) there have been changes to the way translations are handled. Aside of the .po/mo files, there is now also a complianz-gdpr-your_LANG.l10n.php file being generated. WordPress will give priority to the latter, and this is why the issue likely occurs. In this case, the generated l10n.php file for Complianz likely doesn’t contain the latest translations, while the .po/mo files in the plugin likely does contain those already. So, I kindly ask you to delete the complianz-gdpr-your_LANG.l10n.php (all of them, if there are more languages) from the /wp-content/languages/plugins folder which should resolve the issue.
In case the issue still persists I’d ask you to check “WordPress → Dashboard → Updates → Update Translations” for an update.
If unfortunately this do not work, as stated by @cedriccharles , we are aware of this issue and we are working on it.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
