Version 1.6.4.6 breaks my Divi shop

  • Version 1.6.4.6 breaks our shop page on a Divi site. Version 1.6.4.5 works fine and we’ve frozen our update there for the time being.

    What’s broken:

    • No content at all between the header and footer
    • The header becomes some strange combination of the global header and the shop page header and the formatting is completely whacko.

    Debugging is difficult because there are no errors in the console and nothing in the debug log. Maybe those symptoms of what’s broken might help? Sorry!

    Hi,

    Please check wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and check the fatal errors file. There should be an error with the description.

    Thanks for the reply.

    The only messages there, which are not from Stripe or about WooCommerce log files expiring, all say:

    Empty patterns received from the PTK Pattern Store

    Is that, at all, helpful? It seems like it’s more related to WooCommerce directly, based on what I’ve been reading. Other than that I don’t see any other error messages in the WooCommerce status logs.

    We will try to recreate this situation locally. With such symptoms can be anything. It is hard to know what to fix in this situation. We have Divi and we will check it. Btw you have the latest Divi version installed, right?
