It seems there’s some confusion here, so let’s first clear that one.
From publicly available information, I can see your site is hosted by Hostgator.com while your domain registrar is GoDaddy. These are the providers you’re a “PAID Customer” of, and not “WordPress”.
And, for the record:
The WordPress software itself is 100% free and open source. The software is built and supported by volunteers around the world and all that work is coordinated here at www.remarpro.com, where you are now. Importantly, www.remarpro.com does not charge for anything and there are no “paid customers” here.
To use the WordPress software, you need a hosting provider. There are hundreds (if not thousands) of such hosting providers out there… one of which is WordPress.COM. As this hosting provider has “WordPress” in their name, that often creates confusion.
But, in your case, your site doesn’t even use WordPress.COM for hosting… so that common confusion should not even apply in your case.
… but when I click “support” it requires me to login or create an account. once I do that and enter my website domain it says its not a part of wordpress.
You probably went to WordPress.COM. But as you’re not a customer of theirs, they can’t offer you any support — even if they wanted to.
If you have an issue relating to your domain name or hosting service contact the providers you’re paying for these services for help:
Hostgator Support: https://www.hostgator.com/contact
GoDaddy Support: https://www.godaddy.com/contact-us
But if you need general help with your WordPress site, feel free to come here www.remarpro.com anytime for help. If you explain your problem clearly and act civilly, the experienced volunteers here will assist you the best they can, pro bono. Or, at the very least, they will point you in the right direction to get the help you need.
