Mobile Preview looks different from live page!

My mobile preview looks very different from the live version! Id love to figure out this issue. Also, if I adjust mobile design in mobile view it messes up my desktop version – Not sure if there is a plugin I can use for any of these issues or a better theme. We are using JupiterX
