• Google Ads is denying running ads on this website “https://www.accuglobal.com/” stating it is impacted by shauladubhe, but wordfence is stating the website is good and no bad links. Is there any issues with the plugin?

Hi @bhawneet, thanks for getting in touch!

I spent some time on your site loaded on one page, as well as loading various different pages in an attempt to see evidence of that. I wasn’t notified of the browser blocking any popups or attempting redirects as I normally would expect with these actions blocked in my settings. That’s not conclusively saying nothing is wrong, but I wasn’t able to see it for myself.

If you do suspect that your site has been affected by malware, you could try cleaning the site or at least following the checklist in an attempt to find an issue your scans currently aren’t seeing:
    https://www.wordfence.com/docs/how-to-clean-a-hacked-wordpress-site-using-wordfence/

Make sure that all your plugins and themes are updated, and WordPress core too if it’s not already. As a rule any time somebody thinks their site has been compromized, I also tell them to?update their passwords for their hosting control panel, FTP, WordPress admin users, and database?in order to cover the key access points. Make sure to do this.

Additionally you might find the WordPress Malware Removal section in our free?Learning Center?helpful.

As some extra information, Google has been known to block certain sites from their service based on reports from users. It may be worth checking with them that their information is up-to-date and accurate just in case it’s based on an old report and your site is not actually affected.

Let us know what you find out!
    Peter.

Sure, let me try these above things and keep you posted on how it goes. But just an update today Google updated the status stating that my website has Malware software now and no bad links, but again nothing is coming up in my scans

And will you be able to tell me why wordfence is not showing this ? I scanned my website using wordfence, it shows all good, but when i compare it with sucuri i see my website is hacked! is there any settings which needs to be turned on?

@bhawneet @wfpeter I have the same Google Ads – shauladubhe issue on my website vavicom.pl
Have you found a working solution for Google Ads to allow the ads?

    yes do these below things
    1) download all the code to your local and run a script to see which files contains this keyword or any redirect code and remove those
    2) scan your DB, especially in “options” table usually hackers put redirect code
    3) make sure to have your website redirect to https, enable that settings in your cpannel
    4) Update all the plugins and remove unnecessary ones and try again editing your adds

@bhawneet I’m experiencing the same issue now.

    Steps taken:

    • I have removed all suspicious plugins
    • Website is utilizing HTTPS
    • Downloaded all the code locally and searched for the keyword (does not exist)

    However:

    • Google Ads is still flagging that it exists, and rejecting the ads.

    Need your help:

    • Are you able to share the script you used? I assume the malicious code is using some sort of redirect to prevent it from being identified easily. Thanks!
