Hi,

I noticed that number of passengers and bags does not pass to the invoice. This is mandatory for us as the driver needs to know how many passengers will collect. At the moment I add it as a note but I see that people sometimes ignore it. Is there any solution for that?

In addition, is there any way to add fee for specific route for any additional passenger?

For example, when 4 person need to book to be 20€, but when 5 persons is selected to be charged plus 5€. At the moment there is only this possibility through extras but is not under controlled. The other possibility is to re produce another vehicle with 5 persons. But this takes 2 days to enter all the values. Plus there is no copy paste for the vehicles.

I would appreciate any help

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello panos87,

Thank you for your message. I’d be happy to clarify a few things.
Currently, the number of passengers and bags is primarily used to filter the appropriate taxi. However, if you’d like, we can modify this to display the maximum number of passengers and bags on the PDF ticket for the driver’s reference. But this is not necessary because every taxi has its capacity for the number of passengers, and drivers know this.
Regarding your request to add fees based on the number of passengers, our system is designed to rent the entire vehicle rather than charge for individual seats. You can manage this manually or continue using the extra services feature for additional passengers.
Adding a new vehicle with specific passenger capacities can be time-consuming. Unfortunately, cars have no copy-paste feature, but I will pass this feedback on to the team for future consideration.
Please let us know if we can assist you further.
Best regards,

Kayes

Hallo Kayes,

Thanks for your message. I understand your points but let me explain you how we work with your plugin which is really very good tool and where the problem comes.

As we use the plugin mainly for transfers, it will be very convenient to know the numbers of passengers and the number of bags in the pdf ticket as we send this information to the drivers. One of the reason is that some of our cars accept up to 9 persons. We have fix prices for up to 4 and we charge for every additional passenger. Then, if the client doesn`t add any additional passenger on the extras, this is where the problem starts. As the drivers they do not know how many passengers are for the same route and they start complaining.

As an example, someone wants pick up from the airport, 6 persons and 3 bags. He is playing with the filters and the only available cars are these with the 9 available seats. As a next step, he ignore (or doing it in purpose) the extra field where he can add additional passengers and doesn`t write anything in the notes. The order goes through. They arrive at the airport and finally we have to transfer 6 people instead of 4 which is additional cost for the driver. But if the filters where going into the pdf ticket then we can cancel the order and ask them to pay for 6 instead of 4.

I hope I gave you to understand where our problem is.

And something last, it will be very nice to have a field for flight numbers and also to be able ,from the clients side, to book 2 hours in advance from the local time. As now we cancel some orders only because they want to book a transfer in the next 30 minutes and there is not a way to control it.

Thanks for everything

Hello Panos,

Thank you for your valuable feedback. You can add a field for flight numbers by customizing the checkout fields. Our Pro version allows you to modify these fields as needed.

As for the 2-hour buffer time, we understand the importance of this feature, and we’re pleased to inform you that it will be added to the backend settings next week.
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out. Thank you for your continued support!
Best regards,

Kayes
