• I am trying to connect a contact form from WordPress to SalesForce. I have tried the SalesForce Web-to-lead plugin, but I cant seem to figure out how to add custom fields or drop down menu selections. So, I gave CForms II and Contact Form 7 a try. I like the easy of use of Contact Form 7 and I am learning how to customize cForms II, but I am not making much progress. How can i effectively create a contact form and send the form results through to SalesForce?? Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.

  • Clay, did you ever get a solution for this? I’m in the same boat.

No, I was never able to get a solution figured out. I tried CFormsII, but there is so much customization that needs to take place before it will work that I don’t want to mess with it. I use CForms for others forms, but I really need a connection to SalesForce from WordPress that will let me add custom fields, drop-down menus, etc. If SalesForce.com took the time to create their plugin for SalesForce, you would think that they would have considered the fact that people wont want to be bound to the default fields.

Hey guys, I wrote a tutorial about this on my blog:

I hope this will help you!
