not creating auto tickets from email

    Hi Team,

    We use wordpress for helpdesk and recently noticed that its not creating random tickets from email.

    its meant to be creating tickets from google email address. it was working and stopped recently.

    any help would be greatly appreciated

    Using Support Candy plugin Version 3.2.8

    Email Piping add-on for SupportCandy Version 3.2.2

    Export Ticket for SupportCandy! Version 3.0.9

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
