Our orders won’t change. When checking the Woocommerce System Status we are seeing the following errors. How do we fix them?

    Hello,

I hope you’re doing well. Thank you for reaching out to us. I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with the Order Status Rules for WooCommerce plugin.

Could you please attach the error message you encountered? It seems there was no error included in your previous message.

    Best regards,

The errors are shown in the screenshot above – I included this before as well. It states

    1. 2023-02-17 12:47:14 +0000
      action created
    2. 2023-02-17 18:06:22 +0000
      action started via WP Cron
    3. 2023-02-17 18:06:22 +0000
action failed via WP Cron: Scheduled action for mwb_sfw_create_renewal_order_schedule will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

    Thank you

    Hi, @rvsg1,

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

The mwb_sfw_create_renewal_order_schedule action is not from our plugin. Judging by the mwb and sfw prefixes it could be from this or one of these plugins, but, to be honest, I’m not sure.

However, I don’t think this is the reason why order statuses are not updated. Could you please post a screenshot of your order status rule’s settings? And any other settings that you’ve changed in our plugin, e.g., our “Extra” settings section? Also, when you open order’s admin edit page – there is the “Order Status History” meta box – what does it say there? “Status scheduled to be updated from …” or “No order status rules are scheduled to be applied for the current order.”?
