• I need some support I have getting quite frustrated dealing with support on here and my hosting as you both seem to throw it back to each other. My issue was my website failed and needed to be restored since then I cannot install the Jetpack plugin, I have tried everything. Once I click activate, what ever I do I get this message:-

401: Jetpack: [unknown_token] It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.

My hosting provider says everything is fine on there end, and you are saying IP address are blocked when they are not.

    Hi there, @videogeek,

I am sorry to hear about the misadventure you’re experiencing when trying to restore your site.

From what I am reading, it sounds like you do have a Jetpack Backup plan, but you can’t access the backups to restore because you cannot connect with Jetpack, is that correct?

If so, have you reached out to us via email? Customers with paid plans have access to the direct email for such urgent matters.

Lastly, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? Thanks!

No I restored via my hosting provider everything came back as normal but the Jetpack Plugin cannot be activated without getting that message.
