    Hi @skincandyfamily,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand you’re experiencing issues with the recent version of WooCommerce 9.2.1.

Looking at my current setup, I can confirm to be running WooCommerce version 9.2.1 but haven’t experienced any issues after updating. However, I understand every site is unique and issues can arise due to a variety of factors such as conflicts with other plugins, theme conflicts, or server environment issues.

To help resolve your issue, I recommend you first create a full site backup, then ensure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress itself are updated to their latest versions. If the problem persists, try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce to see if there’s a conflict. If the issue disappears, reactivate the plugins one by one until the issue reappears to identify the conflicting plugin.

Let us know how this goes.

    Hi @skincandyfamily

For better assistance, can you provide a video showing the issue on your end? For video, you may use https://loom.com or https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

This is the error, worked out a fix around but not really, rollback to 9.1.3 and it doesn’t crash, plus the plugin also causes thecrash

WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing lets you configure dynamic pricing rules for products, categories and members. Version 3.2.10

As soon as it activates your get the fatal error message on the screen

    Hi @skincandyfamily

WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

    Thanks!

    Hi @skincandyfamily

Since the error occurs right after activating the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin, the issue lies in this plugin, not in WooCommerce itself. Can you please share the plugin link? Is it from WooCommerce.com or from other developers?

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Greetings to the community.

In my case I have noticed that the product page appears a little confusing after updating WooCommerce. In my case I don’t use any third-party plugin along with WooCommerce. I am attaching a screenshot so you can see how the Product Data block appears right next to the Product Description block.

In this case, what should I do?
